Daily accountability
Hello all...here is something I do on my clean eating challenge on facebook. We post what we do/eat for the day. :) even post pics. So, I will be the first.
Breakfast was a chocolate protein shake. For snacks I have tropical trail mix, turkey and swiss with whole grain crackers. For lunch I had 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of sugar snap peas, 2 mandarine oranges, and 1/4 cup of frog eye salad from easter dinner. Dinner is still undecided, but probably a homemade chef salad with ham, tomatoes, peppers, and light poppyseed dressing. For exercise I will be going to hot yoga and zumba.

I am logging my food intake on the Summit site and I am finding that to be quite helpful but will probably call that good. I will try to give a weekly synopsis on what good and bad things I have done to help me reach my goals instead of a daily post.
